Coming in November 2017 is the Eyeforpharma Patient Summit 2017.  Can’t register yet, but I found it of value last year and they discussed patient-centricity over four themes:  cultural change, regulatory guidelines, patient adherence, patient access. As I am a NNJ chapter board member, I’m going to allocate a portion of this to HBA events

2017 Women’s Healthcare Innovation and Leadership Showcase (WHILS) (June 14 — Rutgers University)

The third biennial signature conference presented by the HBA NY/NJ region. WHILS gathers experts and stakeholders from across the spectrum of healthcare to discuss challenges, share scientific and practical learnings, and spotlight opportunities for innovation and change in women’s healthcare. The program considers four strategic pillars for impacting change: basic and clinical research, medical practice, health literacy, and access to care.

2017 HBA Annual Conference (6-8 November – Philadelphia, PA)

The big annual meeting for HBA — hundreds of leaders from all sectors of healthcare, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, hospital, payers and service companies gather to build business connections for a sustainable leadership advantage, learn from thought leaders to broaden perspectives and to expand their business acumen.  This year, I will be leading a session on global access and hope you can come!  I’ll provide more information on it in the coming months.
